The hotel is located conveniently close to the private beach and shopping centre. Rooms are spacious, with beautiful balconies and luxury bathrooms. the all-inclusive drinks and food offer great variety and quality, including delicious desserts. the pool area is great for relaxation and the water slides are a fun addition.

One negative aspect is that some staff members struggle with speaking English, and there could be more English-speaking staff available to cater to guests’ needs.

would definitely recommend this place to everyone. in love with side crown charm palace. we also managed to park the car at onsite.

The location of this place was perfect for what we wanted, and it was a 5-star hotel.

In front of a bus stop, it makes every part of Side easily accessible. Nice building in a great location. It was a suitable place for our enjoyable stay. The view was breathtaking here.

Stayed at a hotel for a city break. the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a varied choice of food. the rooftop pool had stunning views of the city and was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the local shops and restaurants.

The noise from the nearby construction site was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep at night. the staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed, resulting in long wait times for service and a general lack of attention to customers.

We had a great time during our city trip. The hotel was modern and well-maintained. We enjoyed the all-inclusive drinks and the food was excellent with lots of good choices. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops. We also loved the free shuttle bus service to the beach. One more thing we enjoyed was the friendly and accommodating staff.

The indoor swimming pool was dirty and had freezing water. Another negative aspect was that they charged extra for the safebox which we think should be included.

My recent stay here was absolutely luxurious. the room was spacious and modern, complete with exclusive amenities and a daily restocked minibar. the variety and quality of the food in the buffet and Turkish a la carte restaurant was exceptional and the all-inclusive drinks had a wide selection, including delicious cocktails. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access provided relaxation and entertainment, and the garden area was pristine.

Although the Spa & wellness centre was well-kept and had great facilities such as a sauna and gym, I noticed that the indoor swimming pool was a bit dirty and the water was too cold for my preference.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff who always had a smile on their faces. The hotel boasted of an perfect cleanliness with the pool and rooms being very well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenient location to the private beach and shopping center, as it made it easy for us to enjoy the seaside and get our shopping done.

No negatives from this place. The hotel was really good and we can't wait to come back again.
